Cancellation conditions

 

Every now and then it happens that the long-awaited vacation cannot be commenced or can only be commenced with a delay due to special circumstances.

Our request: Please inform us in good time!

 

We do not charge any cancellation conditions more than 8 weeks before the start of your vacation After that we will do our best to rent out the apartment. If we do not manage to do this by your arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee.

 

4 to 7 weeks before departure: 40%

up to 4 weeks before departure: 60%

up to 7 days before departure: 80% of the booked stay

 

If you cancel within the last week before the planned arrival, we will charge you 90% of the price. In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the price.

 

Cancellations are only valid in writing. Here you can take out cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung .

 

Arrival and departure

 

The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate it by 10 a.m.

 

In addition, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply . We reserve the right to request a deposit.
